So long long ago I created a tumblr and I have finally decided to link it to my blog/website, it is the first website in Websites/Blogs I Love on the right hand column beside my blog posts. Now I wanted to share my awesome poem that I made today based on a certain character in a certain book. Click the link below and you will be taken to my awesome poem......
Last post I said JK Rowling is my number one favorite author and I would like to tell you why. She has created (out of the Harry Potter series) a classic and legend that will live on with anyone touched by the (mis)adventures of Harry Potter and his friends. Harry Potter lives on in those that devoured the books and eagerly waited for each movie arrival. It will live on in those reading and being read the books. I honestly believe that the Harry Potter series should, like To Kill A Mockingbird, be considered a classic because it dominated the world at one point for a very long time. No words can even describe how much I love and respect JK Rowling. My dream is to meet JK Rowling and the Harry Potter cast someday.
So I went to the library and got some books (hallelujah) and one of the books I picked up was The Last Olympian. Flash from the past! Anyway I started it today and I am almost done and I am loving the book. It is my fourth time reading it and I can't get enough of it. I love Rick Riordan!!! He is like one of the top five on my list of all time favorite authors. (number one goes to HP legend, JK Rowling).
Rate (the book): 25/10
So, first off I would like to apologize for not writing during the week, I've been a bit busy and the books I've read aren't worth writing about (again). Right now, I hate to say this but, I am not reading any books. All the books I want to read are still on hold and haven't come in yet into the library which kind of stinks. Anyway, I wanted to ask a question to all of you, what did you think of the Beautiful Creatures movie? Was it worth watching? Answer my question by commenting on this post. Thanks
Sorry for the double posts, but I'm trying to make up for the amount I post during the week. Today I read (and finished) Guardian Angel by James Patterson, the sequel to People's Republic. This book was very good; there was a lot of action which is a good thing if you're writing about kid spies. The two parts I would change about the book are to make there be a lot less swearing and make the beginning more interesting.
Hey everyone! So yesterday I finished reading The Forgotten Garden for the second time and today, within two hours, I have read 2 books; Sweet Shadows and Beautiful Disaster. All 3 books are very good and they all have a bit of romance, and a bit of mystery. The one that I liked the best out of all three books is Sweet Shadows. I have waited for this book for so long after reading the first book in this so-far two book series, and it did not dissapoint.
Rate (Forgotten Garden): 9.5/10
Rate (Sweet Shadows): 15/10
Rate (Beautiful Disaster): 9/10
So I have finished reading Privilege by Kate Brian for the second time. It is a beautifully written book full of action, romance, sadness, and murder. This book is about Arianna, a girl who murdered the boy she liked because he liked someone else and apparently humiliated her, and how she decides to change her fate. One good thing about this book is that you don't have to read the previous series, Private, to get what is going on. However, to get the full and complete story you should read Private. I love both series' and definitely think you should
Rate for Privilege series: 30/10
Rate for Private series: 35/10
This book is officially known as Out of Sight, Out of Time and I can honest to goodness say that it is one of my faves and the best of the Gallagher Girls books. This book follows the Gallagher Girls into their senior year where our dear friend Cammie aka the Chameleon has lost her memory of what has happened over the summer and its up to her and her friends and family to figure what happened. This book is amazing because it has a lot of action and Cammie doesn't come off as annoying which is obviously key if you want your readers to actually read the whole book.
