Everyone run for cover, JK Rowling has announced she is co-doing a play on Harry Potter's life before he went to Hogwarts and saved the world 3 thousand times. ARHHHHHH!!!!! We get TWO new HP stuff in the span of 6 months all before Sherlock season 3 comes out hahahahahahaha I find this hilarious. Anywaysies, WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! The HP fandom is BACK, BABY!!!!! WHOOOOO! Butterbeer (nonalcoholic of course) FOR ALL!!! WHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! There is going to be a Harry Potter spinoff series called Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them! I am soooooo excited, harry potter and non harry potter fans (is there such thing as non harry potter fans, i mean everyone loves harry potter), JK Rowling, even the (former) Harry Potter actors are excited and freaking out! This is awesome! The Harry Potter fandom has risen out of the ashes and has been reborn like fawkes the phoenix. I can say no more cuz all i want to write is ahhhhh and yay but i think thats kinda unfair for you readers.
So about a week ago I started The Cuckoo's Calling and yesterday I finished it and I liked it a lot. I started out reading it a bit wary of it because it was a non Harry Potter book by JK Rowling under a pseudonym (and we all know how The Casual Vacancy was). However, I do have to admit, the book was pretty good; there wasn't really any boring spots and the amount of twists and turns had me spinning happily. The book is a mystery novel where Cormoran Strike, a poor detective, is asked by John Bristow to investigate the odd death of the supposed suicide by Lula Landry, supermodel extraordinaire. I found the book to be very well written (of course it was, it was written by JK Rowling) the end was a bit of a surprise for me but it was good and wasn't totally out there. You should definitely read the book then comment on this post and tell me what you thought of the book.
Last post I said JK Rowling is my number one favorite author and I would like to tell you why. She has created (out of the Harry Potter series) a classic and legend that will live on with anyone touched by the (mis)adventures of Harry Potter and his friends. Harry Potter lives on in those that devoured the books and eagerly waited for each movie arrival. It will live on in those reading and being read the books. I honestly believe that the Harry Potter series should, like To Kill A Mockingbird, be considered a classic because it dominated the world at one point for a very long time. No words can even describe how much I love and respect JK Rowling. My dream is to meet JK Rowling and the Harry Potter cast someday.
